Mustard Glazed Chicken Thighs

This is a quick dish to prepare and it serves well with Mashed Cauliflower on the side.
Number of Servings: 12


1/4 cup of melted butter or coconut oil
3 tablespoons of gluten-free mustard
1 Teaspoon of sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of dried sage
12 bone-in , skin on chicken thighs (optional: Change it up to skin-on chicken breast)
Freshly ground black pepper to taste


1. Preheat oven to 425ºF

2. Combine melted butter, mustard, black pepper and sea salt.

3. Place the chicken on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish and marinate the chicken with the the mixture evenly over each one.

4. Bake for 45 mins.
